Rates:
All rates are in Australian Dollars and exclude GST.
Administration Services - $40 per hour
Bookkeeping Services - $60 per hour
Please Note: A minimum of 1 hour will be invoiced and after the first hour, you will be invoiced in 15 minute increments.
We are available to work on site by negotiation.
The above rates includes general stationery usage (such as one-off prints of up to 10 pages, ink, staples etc), however you are welcome to supply your own labels, letterhead or other stationery if you wish.
Items not covered in the above rates include:
- Mail out letters (envelopes, paper, postage etc)
- Prints in excess of 10 pages or professional printing
- Web design and Desktop publishing services (price on application)
- Deposits that may be required when booking events / venues / travel etc
- Couriers
- Other purchases necessary for your specific job
Additional charges will be charged at the prices invoiced to us.
A timesheet will be completed for each job and is available upon request.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash
- Cheque (only by prior arrangement)
- Direct Deposit
Terms:
- You will receive an invoice upon completion of your job..
- All invoices are to be paid within 7 working days from date of invoice.
- In some circumstances payment in full, or a deposit, may be required before commencement of work.
- Late payments may incur a surcharge.
- All work is carried out in strict confidence and will not be revealed to any third parties.
- A copy of completed work will be saved for a period of six months for future reference, after this time it will be deleted unless otherwise requested.
- Personal information, such as your name, address, telephone number and email address, will be used solely for the purpose of providing administration services to you.
- We take confidentiality very seriously and we are willing to sign any confidentiality agreement you deem necessary.
